Rep. Charles Sargent (R-61) and Sen. Jack Johnson (R-23) filed HB0166/SB0247 which would require an association or corporation not organized or doing business for profit, which provides water or sewer or both water and sewer for a residential development of single-family homes, to be regulated by the Tennessee Regulatory Authority.
